TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

By submitting a television commercial, commercials or other content (collectively the "Entries") to the AICE, Entrant accepts the following terms and conditions, and agrees to be bound thereby and comply therewith:

The Entries become the property of AICE and will not be returned to Entrant. AICE may retain and use the Entries for the purposes specified herein. Without limiting any of the other rights hereby granted, Entrant grants to AICE the right and license to exhibit the Entries any number of times to the AICE show judges and to further exhibit the Entries, either singly or in combination with Entries submitted by others, to third parties, including without limitation, schools, colleges, museums, and other educational and cultural institutions. AICE shall have the right to transfer the Entries between and among any recording media. AICE may use the Entries to promote the AICE and its activities. Winning Entries may be compiled in any medium or media and such compilations may be given or sold to third parties for personal, professional or educational uses, including educational and cultural exhibitions.

The rights and licenses granted herein by Entrant shall apply to all use of the Entries in compilations or collections. The term "Entries" also includes excerpts therefrom. Entrant grants all rights, licenses and privileges herein granted for itself and on behalf of any other person, firm or entity having any right, title or interest in or to the Entries and warrants that it has all necessary right, power and authority to grant all such rights, licenses and privileges.
