Overview
- First you must create an account for your company.
- After you've created your account, Login and follow the instructions.
- You are strongly encouraged to submit your entries on-line. File preparation specs are available here. If you prefer to submit your entries on tape, see Submission Requirements below.
- Entries must have been edited or designed by an employee of an AICE member company whose dues are current.
- Entries must have first aired between January 1 and December 31, 2009.
- Editor's and director's cuts are NOT eligible.
- Comedy, Design, Dialogue, Montage, Music/Sound, Music Video, National Campaign, New/Emerging/Alternative Media, Public Service, Spec Spot, Storytelling, Under $50,000 and Visual Effects. All entries will be automatically included in the appropriate Best of Chapter category.
- A work may be entered in more than one category.

- Each entry must be uploaded to the Awards Show site. File preparation specs are available here.
- Each entry must be submitted on a separate DigiBeta cassette (NTSC).
- National Campaign category entries must be submitted on one DigiBeta cassette (NTSC).
- Each DigiBeta cassette (NTSC) must be accompanied by a signed copy of the on-line entry form and a company check made payable to AICE. See the FAQ for details.
- Each DigiBeta cassette must be labeled. See the FAQ for details.
- $US 235.00 per entry.
- We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express.
- $US 100.00 additional charge for each late entry.

- Make checks payable to AICE. Only company checks will be accepted.
- Enclose your company check with the DigiBeta(s) and entry form(s).

- The deadline for all entries is 5 pm, EST, Friday March 5, 2010.
- You may submit an entry after the deadline but only with the express, written consent of AICE.
