Judging Procedures

The jury will consist of members of the AICP, advertising professionals and crafts experts. Jury members are prohibited from voting on their own work. Individual juries will be assembled for each category.

A Curatorial Committee is assembled to review the judging results, and at its discretion may limit or eliminate recognition of any category in which entries are not consistent with the standards of quality that the Show requires. Up to three top choices in each category will be included in the AICP Show, with the exception of the Advertising Excellence/Single and Advertising Excellence/Campaign categories, which have only one honoree.

Notification of Finalists

The finalists selected for the Show will be notified of their status, and will be required to provide the honored entry on a data-DVD at their own expense. Only the person identified as the entrant will be contacted with the results.

Following the June debut, entrants whose spots are chosen for exhibition in the Show will receive certificates announcing their place in the film archives of The Museum of Modern Art.
